1. Refund
Card Armour will only provide a refund in case, the items get delivered damaged (Damaged while in transit), if you receive an item damaged or missing please contact us within 5 days for a refund otherwise we won't be able to assist with the refund. Refunds will be processed in 2-3 days once accepted, you will be asked for your bank transfer details or upi id.
2.1 Return policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return/Refund won't be accepted in case, we suspect suspicion of items being intentionally damaged.
2.2 Return policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Card Armour may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
